Spriha has completed two months at Brandwizz, damn!

Hello to you all.

I completed 2 months at Brandwizz!

Each job experience has taught me something new. I have worked with different teams, in different roles, and for different clients. In my current job, I am learning something new every day, and the exposure that I am getting is invaluable.

One of the most significant learning experiences I have had recently was when I visited a client on behalf of my company. Before the meeting, I was nervous, but I was well-prepared, having done my research on the client and their industry. During the meeting, I realized that the questions I asked were crucial to understanding the client's needs fully. I was able to ask open-ended questions, which helped me gather more information and insights about their business. I also found that listening carefully and taking notes were essential in gaining the client's trust and establishing a good relationship.

The visit was not just about impressing the client, but also about learning from them. I learned that clients appreciate it when their vendors take the time to understand their business, their challenges, and their goals. It was a great opportunity for me to apply what I had learned in my previous job experiences and hone my skills further.

At my current company, I am fortunate to be part of a team that encourages learning and growth. The company provides ample training and resources to help employees develop their skills and advance their careers. As a result, I have been able to take on more responsibilities and work on challenging projects, which have helped me grow both professionally and personally.

My company also provides opportunities for employees to work on projects outside of their regular roles. This exposure has helped me gain a better understanding of the company's operations and how different teams work together. It has also given me a chance to interact with colleagues from different departments and learn from their experiences.

Another aspect of my current job that I appreciate is the feedback I receive regularly. My manager and colleagues are not afraid to provide constructive feedback that helps me identify areas for improvement. This feedback has helped me become more self-aware and focus on developing my skills in areas that need improvement.

In conclusion, each job experience has taught me something new, and I am grateful for the exposure and learning opportunities I am getting in my current job. My recent visit to a client has taught me the importance of asking the right questions and listening carefully, while my company has provided me with ample resources and opportunities to develop my skills and advance my career. I look forward to continuing to learn and grow as I navigate my professional journey.

Thank you.
